oat milk
(or milk of choice)

mushroom blend
(I used foursigmatic)

tsp
cinnamon
1
blood orange, chopped
1
tbsp
bee pollen
stevia/monkfruit
Instructions
Mix chia seeds, milk, mushroom powder, cinnamon and sweetener if using in a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight.
Once chilled and gelled, top with blood orange and bee pollen.
