Immunity Boosting Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp mushroom blend (I used foursigmatic)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 blood orange, chopped
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen
  • stevia/monkfruit

Instructions
 

  • Mix chia seeds, milk, mushroom powder, cinnamon and sweetener if using in a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight.
  • Once chilled and gelled, top with blood orange and bee pollen.
  • Enjoy!
