Black Goji Acai Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 frozen acai packets
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 4 tsp black goji powder
  • plant based milk

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients except milk into a high speed blender (like a Vitamix).
  • Turn blender on low setting and use tamper to push fruit down into blades.
  • Start adding small amounts of milk to help fruit blend together. You only want to use small amounts because you are trying to achieve a thick consistency.
  • When fruit is well incorporated and has a sorbet-like consistency, scoop into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings!
  • Topping ideas: fresh fruit, crunchy granola, goji berries, coconut, cacao nibs, chia seeds, nut butter, honey
