Place all ingredients except milk into a high speed blender (like a Vitamix).
Turn blender on low setting and use tamper to push fruit down into blades.
Start adding small amounts of milk to help fruit blend together. You only want to use small amounts because you are trying to achieve a thick consistency.
When fruit is well incorporated and has a sorbet-like consistency, scoop into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings!
Topping ideas: fresh fruit, crunchy granola, goji berries, coconut, cacao nibs, chia seeds, nut butter, honey
