Apple Pie Bliss Balls
This recipe comes together in just a few minutes and makes an awesome on-the-go snack! Plus it's raw, vegan, sugar free and gluten free.

- 10 large dates, pitted
- 1 cup dried apples (packed)
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 1 tbsp apple pie spices (a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cardamom. Whatever you have on hand!)
Add dates into food processor and pulse a few times until chopped.
Add the rest of the ingredients until everything is well incorporated.
Form mixture into 12 balls and roll with your hands.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. These also store well in the freezer.
