Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Protein Balls
gluten free, grain free, refined sugar free
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 56 g vanilla whey protein (2 scoops Tera's Whey vanilla protein)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 pinch sea salt
- crushed peanuts (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Roll into balls and roll in crushed peanuts if desired.
- Enjoy =)
Notes
This makes 12 balls and store ‘em in the freezer so they don’t get melty. You could definitely add chocolate chips to these and they would be really good!
